Has anyone read the one-act play "Old Saybrook" by woody allen?

I%26#039;m doing a research paper on it and I%26#039;m having a hell of a time finding anything about this play. I wonder if anyone has read it, and what they think of it if you did read it. If you can suggest anywhere I can find research info, that would be great too :)
